Summary
The vast majority of people in the UK – 90 per cent – are risking potentially serious mental and physical health problems caused by eating the wrong foods and not consuming enough fluids, according to a new study by the Tea Advisory Panel. This survey of men and women aged 25 to 54 looked at all aspects of their health, diet, fitness regimes, stress and tiredness levels, and correlated this with responses to a general wellbeing survey. It also exposes many misconceptions about tea and explains how black tea can contribute to a healthy lifestyle and improved wellbeing.
